Kurt Winter is the Deputy Director of the Arizona Board of Technical Registration and has worked for the Board since 2016. He began his career at the Board as program project specialist directly under the executive team, became the communications lead and subsequently the Deputy Director in 2021. He is a certified paralegal through the National Council of Legal Assistants and holds a BA in history, a BA in political science and an MA in history. He also taught English as a second language to middle schoolers in South Korea between 2010 and 2014. Mr. Winter is an Arizona native, has been married for 11 years and has a beautiful five year old daughter.
